MR11- no range

Hi,

When we use MR11 transaction and try to clear a document we get Error: "The interval of the number ranges 04 for the object RE_BELEG does not exist."

I have checked in OMR4,Document type is KP and 04 mumber range is not assigned in this compnay code.

i don't understand why system is throwing an error although other no range is assigned to document type KP.

Hi Ashok,

Please maintain number range 04 with number range 5400000000 - 5499999999 in OMRJ TCode. You can give year as 9999. KP is Document type in FI and KP is transaction type in MM. Please check in SPRO --> MM -->LIV --> Clearing Account Mainteance --> Maintain Number assignment for Account Maintenance Document --> Maintain Number Range for Account Maintenance Document

When you run MR11 system generates two documents. One in MM and one in FI. MM Document is controlled through OMRJ and FI document is controlled through FBN1.
