Exchange Agreement - from exchange partner perspective

Besides the regular exchange agreements, the company I am implementing IS-Oil has an exchange scenario where they are the exchange partner. 

This means they are not responsible for billing.  The partner will create the netting documents, or just issue an invoice or a credit memo.

How does the company manage this scenario?  What do we do with the documents created by the partner?

Just to make it clearer, although the company is not the operator, they will create the exchange agreement to keep track of everything.
