Charge on WBS to be approved by customers before invoicing him

Hi all,

our customer asked us as requirement that they need to charge on a WBS the costs of Timesheet (hour x rate) charged by the employees.

Of course this is not a problem because we will install the TS and PS module.

The issue is that they need to send a sheet monthly to their customers (by mail, possibly automatically) with the evidence of these costs to ask a "permission" for invoicing them?

The problem is strictly connected to SD (I don't know this module very well), anybody can help?

Hi,

You can develop a customized report program, the output of which is the costs within a time period. you can schedule this program once every month and trigger an email to intended recipients.
