Hello.

Please, help me following problem.

I changed PO condition.

PO Unit : MT

I changed PO condition unit MT --> BB6 (Condition type : YFEE )

System converted Condition value. The Condition value is 8,921.90 USD.

After completing PO, I did Good Receipt.

I can't understand why GR-IR YFEE Amount is 8,755.53 USD.

I think correct Amount is  8,921.90 USD(same condition value), but result was difference.

I attached captured screen file.

Please, help me.....

Thank you.

Hi Kim. BB6 is a temperature corrected UoM (Barrel at 60 F) and as such the quantity in BB6 would be different at the time of GR - Check the additional quantities in the material document. It is this quantity in BB6 used in the reprice at GR and hence the value posted against VFEE condition would be different in GR compared to PO. This is the right behavior for Oil materials.

Hi,

What is BB6 unit represent & conversion factor between MT and BB6?

The Condition type : YFEE  have unit is BB6 and but material have unit MT.

During goods receipt your system posting all amount(price) in MT

I think all amount(price) is 8,921.90 USD.

I ordered 1000 MT and system calculated YFEE Condition value : 8,921.90USD / 1BB6.

I didn't change condition value.

I don't know Why GR-IR YFEE amount is different.

Is it impossible same?
