Adding Custom Tab and a custom field in Transaction O4NCN

I have requirement to add a custom tab in Tcode 04NCN. In smod I found a Screen Exit for that OIJNOM_N. Create project in Cmod for activating that. In the screen exit I have added the new field . My screen exit is not triggered what would be the reason. Is there any extra configuration needed ?

Screen exit triggered on implementation of BADI - OIJ_NOMI_ITEM. OIJ_NOMI_ITEM contains interface method - Activate Tab. In activate tab method, append the newly added screen number in ct_tabstrip_header.
