Profit center not copied in Combined order

Dear Members

My client is using combined orders (MILL_OC). We are trying to combine two or more child orders. But while saving system is not allowing to save the order and giving message 'kindly maintain profit center'.

Client is first converting planned orders in to production order and at this stage profit center is copied in production orders but when we are combining these production orders (child orders) into one combined order, system is throwing this message.

Kindly help where we are missing?

Regards

Rajneesh

SAP note 416905 makes it sound like standard behavior not to copy the Profit center to the combined order.  I experience the same as you.  However, if I use MILL_OC to convert planned orders to production orders and create the combination order all at the same time it works. The combined orders contains the profit center.
