Activation of DIMP in ECC 6.0 EHP6 is it costs fro separate license or it is part of ECC ?

the Industry Extension DIMP does NOT require a separate license.

What is to do,  to activate the DIMP&Public Services?

Hello Toni,

the answer you will probably have expected - it depends .

You may not activate DIMP together with other Business Function Sets. However, for Public Sector, there is also an extension existing (EA-PS). If you are planning to use EA-PS together with DIMP, you may do so (see also note: 933963).
