PanAust is a copper and gold mining company with operations in Laos and pre-development assets in Laos, Papua New Guinea and Chile.

 


The Company provides technology with very simple user interfaces to their workforce -  including non-English-speaking employees.   By adopting consistent, best-practice business processes, PanAust enabled local employees in Laos to move into more senior roles.   The new approach increased user acceptance and satisfaction, reduced training costs, and provides PanAust with a powerful reporting and analytics platform.
