That all depends on the path to Capitalization. Using projects the costs flow through the project and are then capitalized (or expensed or both). So there isn't a direct link from the PO to the Asset if projects are in play. If the POs are creating assets directly then a list of POs by Account Assignment "A" will give you exactly what you want.
