In Student File:student Status Not Updating Automatically in status tab

Hi Experts,

when i register a student, the status of student in student file in status tab is not being updated automatically as it used to be in other systems.

we are on EHP 7, SP11.

please suggest a solution,

just following status is being updated after student creation, nothing being updated at the time of registration and module booking.

Hi Rana,

I suggest you to change the key date/start date and check.

Usually the 'Attending' / 'Student' status is set from the start date of the year/session where you registered the program.

Thanks for your prompt response, please find the screen shots below, apparently status is being updated there, its just not displaying in status tab and student header.
