How to create an appraisal template

Hi all, a very gud morning,

I want to create appraisal template in which I want to assign different appraisal type, please tell me how to do that ??

Hi Ankita,

<u><b>Appraisals - Preparatory Steps in SPRO :</b></u>

<b>- Campus Management > Campus Management Processes> Appraisal

- Define Appraisal Types

- Create Appraisal Elements

- Assign Appraisal Elements to Appraisal Types

- Define Appraisal Templates

- Define Default Key Figure

- Built Appraisal Template

- Define Default Appraisal Template

- Define Default Appraisal Element

- Create Appraisal Statuses

- Define Appraisal Remarks</b>

1)Define the appraisal type as Final Appraisal , Mid-Term Exam, End-Term

Exam etc

2)Give default key figure to it as GCAL .

3)Define some appraisal templates as 0001 End-Term Appraisal Template (which are common to some modules like MKTG , MNGMT etc )

4)In Built Appraisal template , assign the appraisals to the same .For eg. Take End-Term appraisal - Assignment 1 , assignment 2 (appraisal types)and define the weightages for the same .

5)Before doing grading assign the appraisal template to the module where this particular appraisal needed to be used .
