What SAP Healthcare solutions are available in the US?

I am interested in knowing what SAP healthcare solutions are deployed in the US, and who is using them.

I am in the Chicago area, and it seems like it would be a good market here. We have many hospitals, and a strong SAP ERP installed base.

Thank you for the links, Subash! 

It still seems like there is limited use of SAP in the healthcare arena.  What could SAP improve to make it more usable there?  Montefiore seems to be using classic ERP functions.

I would think HANA would offer possibilities for real time data sharing.
