Treatment Category in NR19

If a user defined category of treatment in the transaction NR16, it is possible to display in the report of the transaction NR19?

The treatment category is not in the field catalog of the report I fear.

i.s.h.med offers a BAdI to fill up to three user fields but this is only an option if i.s.h.med is in use.
