Status in appointment

Good morning,

Why at the time of granting a appointment by the NR16 for the same day the status appears as done and not as planned? It is part of the standard?

I can not find documentation on the matter, thanks you!!!

Hi Alberto,

I don't know if you only use appointmentplanning without visitplanning (reservation) or with visitplanning (=outpatientmovement). I think that when you appointment with visitplanning you get this behaviour (the visit(=movement) is actual and not planned). Maybe when you use appointmentplanning without visitplanning the behaviour is right (the appointment is planned) but I'm not sure.

The appointmentplanning without visitplanning is - when I closely read the documentation - the way appointmentplanning should have to be done. The visitplanning was the only way to have appointments in the older days (release <=3.0?)

Maybe someone of SAP can tell us little more on this subject.

I think you could change the behaviour (depending on which way you use) by make a little implementation of BAdi ISH_NV2000_PBO(?) and set the status of the visit to planned (NBEW-PLANB='P').

Kind regards,

Martin
