Problem in linking IS-H customer to FI Customer

HI All,

I have created FI customer with account group KOST (Insurance Provider).

But, when I enter FI customer number in IS-H customer of the insurance provider, I get the error:

"In table TN02A, no entry for inst. XXXX and logical application from TN02E".

What could be the reason for this?

hi,

for e.q. in our system we have entries like this:

Mandant Einrichtung Anwendung System

123 KH99 CO 00000001

123 KH99 FI 00000001

where system stands for logical system within hcm.
