Need FI - IS-H integration

Hi All,

I need some advice from the experts in FICO.

Right now we are doing an implementation with one of the IS-H project.

What I need exactly from that

should we do the implementation as the other FICO based on industry spec? or

is there anything extra for especially in IS-H?. Because basically IS-H is service industry.

I requestly you to kindly give me some details for this IS-H implementation. If any of our experts come accross this scenario, pls kindly share with me your experience. If possible, can give some documentation.

Hi Bala,

FI Integration, as far as I know, only if you are going to use the IS-H billing you have to customize Accounts Receivable in FI (Debitors, account determination).

Controlling, different landscapes depending on the scope. Most common:

- Need to setup cost centers and match them with organizational units in IS-H

- Setup an Order Class corresponding to Inpatient cases

- Use of Activity Classes matched with IS-H services

- Additionally you can tranfer Key figures or values to Standar classification system on CO Orders.

- Fix Plan prices for internal activities

This setup allows to bill internally costs to cost centers of requesting units and Case related orders, you can get OU's costs and process costs.

Hi Bala,

Maybe I have documentation on ISH-CO integration generated during customer project implementation, but in Spanish I don't know if could help.

You can read the standard documentation about the most important subject in my opinion, internal billing between cost centers and orders (impatient cases) on IS-H activity basis.
