Multiappointment in ND10

Hi all again,

In the ND10 transaction (Borrow medical record movement list) not display the multiappointment.

Am I wrong or something is wrong?. Is necessary a note?

I am not sure whether I fully understand your issue. Could you be a bit more specific? What do you miss and where exactly?

I want to list of appointment. But, the multiappointment not display in the list.

Sorry,

in the NR16 we give the appointment (Recurrence Pattern for Treatment Appointment)

In the NR19, Details of Appointment for Different Entities, show the appointments given.

In the ND10 with flag Provisional Appts not show the appointments for the same range of days.

Hi Alberto,

I assume that you have verified the overall settings for medical record management and that it works fine for non-recurring provisional appointments, so I think it is best to create a support message to have our specialist look into this.

Once the issue is resolved it may be of interest to let the forum know why it didn't work and what the resolution might be.
