Please suggest where can I find Labs Services and Tests Results Processing in ISH SAP Solution?

Hello,

if you are looking for medical lab result processing, you'll have to look at i.s.h.med, not IS-H. There's a - admittedly somewhat "mature" - process available to import lab results. Here's the documentation - be aware that you might need an additional license to use this function!
