There is a doctor who is doing clinic every Wednesday for the next three months.

1- I made a u201CPlanning Gridu201D that defines time slots for the morning and afternoon clinic on Wednesday.

2- Iu2019ve done a weekly template that defines its week with only the Wednesday planning grid and I applied it for the next three months.

I get back to the doctor with the schedule of the next three months and the result is consistent with his request, so he accepts it.

My problem:

The doctor comes to see me to change his schedule, because in 4 weeks from now, he has a commitment that does not allow him to be at his clinic. He will be available only for the morning portion. So his clinic Wednesday afternoon should be revised to no longer be available, and this without affecting other time slots for other clinical.

I know the basic steps, which are to make a new planning grid to change the day and add it to the weekly template covering the request. But, to do this adjustment, it takes some time consuming creating the required planning grid, so Iu2019m looking for a quick way to adjust partly a day of the clinic schedule without entirely recreating the daily planning grid.

Hi,

in my opinion, you must define a new the day program (named "commitment" for instance) and udate the planning object assigned to the phisycian changing the day programm of the affected days for the "commitment" day programm.
