We need to activate the deletion flag of the NT02 transaction ´coz it appear inactive.

Can we help me to solve it?

Hi Jose Luis,

in an productive environment you shouldn't delete Service Master items, but rather [delimit them|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/39/0b7b08df3011d189fc0000e829fbbd/content.htm].

You should never delete them coz case can be rebilled anytime.
