Function Module to create Clinical Order - ISH

Dear Champs,

I have a requirement to create a Clinical Order via programming. I want to know if there is any readily available function module / method / BAPI for the same.We are on EHP 4.

I have searched in SAP & previous blogs here regarding the same, but none has been on any help.
