Hello Doron,

are you looking for experiences with FRACAS (I guess you refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Failure_Reporting,_Analysis_and_Corrective_Action_Systems)

in Healthcare, or more generally with SAP? If not restricted to Healthcare, you may try also in the general forum.
