Do exist HL7 segment

Hi all

I would create a structure for HL7 import ( MHS, PID... ), do any exist like Idoc ?

Hi,

the short answer is that there are no IDOCs for HL7 import.

The long answer actually is a question: what do you want to do? Íf you want to import patient or encounter data via HL7 message, why don't you have a look at the Enterprise Services we have shipped with Enhancement Package 4? In the Wiki for the Enterprise Services (ES) Bundle Patient Administration (https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ESpackages/Patient%20Administration ) there is a description of the services and on the child page "IHE Configuration Guide" there is some additional information on the corresponding HL7 messags.
