Development within IS-H

Hi all,

i'm just about to start with IS-H as ABAP Developer and want to find out what are the main topics within IS-H where massive abap development could be expected.

As for today, i see the main efforts to be concentrated around integration with 3rd party systems, which are already in IT-landscape.

Hi Anatoly,

I'm doing a lot of abap development for IS-H (and ishmed (www.ishmed.com) in the Netherlands. The main topics here are:

- integration with other applications and appliances (wiht IS-HCM/HL7/BApi) - probably there will be a shift to XI (PI) in the future.

- country specific requirements: sometimes the standard lacks some country (legislation, billing, ...): reports, modifications, BAdi/user-exits - depending on how fast country specifics are put into the standard

- hospital specific requirements: reports/BAdi's
