Cancellation of service using BAPI_CASESERVICE_CANCELMULT

Requirement is to delete a service of an outpatient case. Using BAPI_CASESERVICE_CANCELMULT where

in input entering institution,PATCASEID ans test mode as blank. For CASESERVICE_CANCEL supplying INSTITUTION

PATCASEID,SERVICE_SEQNO (LNRLS) & RULETYPE as NLEI.

Still the service is not getting cancelled though modification date gets updated in table NLEI.

What else is to be updated for service cancellation. Is there any other BAPI or FM for the same.

Hi Anya,

have you had a look at the BAPI guides, namely the IS-H BAPI Scenarios? This document contains a description of some typical scenarios for BAPI based communication, incl. services. Check out this [old thread|] in case you didn't know about these guides.

Other than that check the FM documentation and obviously any messages the BAPI might return.
