Button "other variant"

Hello all,

I have a doubt, I am able to select other variant in the clinical process builder (NV2000) thru the button "other variant" from the standar menu. But If I select the same button when It is called thru nr14, the variant doesn't change (NV2000 thru NR14). The system ask me to save but nothing more.

I need to select my surgical variant because the option "surgical data" from the old "Extras" menú does not exist anymore, as people used to select this option in the old version 4.6. How can I do to include the old option in the menu (Fcode) or be able to change the variant when it is called from nr14?.

Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Hi Ara,

I tried to reproduce the system behaviour as you described in my system. But when I call Patient Admission (NV2000) from NR14, I can choose the variant on the patient seach screen and switch to another variant without any problem.

You might want to create an OSS ticket to report the error.

Thanks a lot, btw, how can I do if I want that the transaction nv42 shows : "new case"

or "new visit" variants depending of the button selected? (case or visit button)

Determination of Work Enviroment at call up:

*NPV2 **********AD1 Clinical Process Builder CSTTST000002 Z_NEW_CASE

*NP42 **********AD1 Clinical Process Builder CSTTST000003 Z_NEW_VISIT

With this settings, (as help shows) when I select "visit" or "case" button from nv42 I got "case variant" in both and when I select "visit" ot "case" button from np42 I got "visit variant" in both.. but I want the variant case or visit depending of the button selected.

I suppose that columns "Processing Mode" in "Determination of Work Enviroment at call up",

could be used to this but I can't find help about it. Thanks a lot for your help!
