'ETM Data' button in customer/recipient master

Hi,

I have performed the ETM configuration. However, when I go to VD01 to create a recipient of account group J3G - Construction site, I'm unable to get the ETM Data button to show (which contains the CEM basic data and CEM allocation data).etm.png

I have checked the screen layout, account group setting and the ETM configuration for recipient and it all looks fine.

Any ideas how to get the ETM data button to show in the highlighted area? (refer to screenshot).
