I am using sap url to fetch data, I have to perform case insensitive search

$filter=(OrdNo eq '2012') and (substringof('00', CandNo)) and ((substringof('Test', FirstName)))

I have to perfrom case insensitive search on this url, So how to use tolower or toupper on this

substringof('Test',tolower(FirstName) like '%25ca%25') I tried this but getting

error: message":{"lang":"en","value":"Invalid parameter for function 'substringof'"

I also tried using %25ca, ca%25 but getting same error
