Hi Venu,

thank you for your posting and your personal question regarding career and job development.

The major focus of this forum deals with upcoming market and business development in connection to business software, application and technology platform requirements as to be expected by next global development.

Your question focuses to a specific individual question, where your skill, affinity, and carreer targets should match job demand and associated available/existing knowledge. Such a typical engagement process can be best executed by contacting our local office closest to your present stay.

As typical for global companies, there are different schedules, entries and targets. A question of the type "one fits for all" can't give an advice, which is tuned in on your special situation.

Please contact our HR department close to your current/permanent stay.

With the best wishes for for carreer, kind regards Paul

Greetings Venu,

Another potential avenue of exploration is to see if your country has a university alliance program. Certain countries - the UK, Ireland, US, Germany for example have a mechanism whereby universities can use SAP within their curricula to illustrate key points in business, computing, engineering etc. courses. Although in your case it may be too late to get involved with a program within a university your faculty may have had exposure to and an interest in SAP as a part of the program and will have some ideas on which are the hot topics for career development.

All the best

Martin
