Just wanted to understand what are the difference if payment engine is installed as a separate instance or add-on to SAP Banking Services.

Hi Sanchit,

It is possible to have Payment Engine as an Add on to BaS and also as a separate instance.

It is more of an architectural point of view how the business needs it.

There are several aspects involved while as a Add_on or as a separate instances like

Performance

Logical relations between channels

Control
