SAP Loans management table all flow types

Dear Guru's,

I'm looking for a table which contains all flows of a loan.

I have found 2 tables :

- VDBEPI : posted amounts

- VDBEPP : planned amounts

However if you have a loan which has a duration of 20 years, which needs to repaid on a monthly basis, this means that you should have 240 Entries in the table VDBEPP, however based on my experience the number of entries is limited to 99 (is also specified in the customizing)

Is there a way to see the full list of flows?

Best regards,

Wouter

Hi,

not all planned records are written to VDBEPP.

That depends on the value in field CM period in company code specific product type settings.

Kind regards,

Michael,

I have done this, but I think that you do the fact that i had run FNRB. The flow records were deleted.

Hi,

maybe it would be better to check that with an example in the system.

Can you open an support incident ?

Kind regards,

Michael

Michael,

We have loans with fixed interest rate. According to me it is not necessary to run this program or do I oversee something. Alle loans are in Euro and the company is managed in Euro.

Hi,

you are right, it is only a 100% must if you use ref. interest or foreign currency loans.

But - not all records are written to database (only for a certain period of time)..

So if you never start FNRB you might miss records in the future.

Therefore I would recommend to start it in EOD processing. Maybe not daily, but at least weekly.

Kind regards,

Michael
