i have checked the cash flow from database it is showing till 30.06.2016 and i compared in quality system and there its appearing till 30.01.2017 and we are able to post loan in quality.

Please advice me about what corrections i can make on this.

Hi,

and when you have a look at table VDBEPP, do you see the planned records there ?

Kind regards,

Michael

Hello Michael,

We do not see any records in table VDEPP

Hi,

FNM1 works based on planned records VDBEPP.

Palnned records are (typically) created once a disbursement is at least saved (FNVD).

So you should check which planned records you would expect and if they need a disbursement as calculation basis (to increase interest calculation capital for example).

If yes, I guess the disbursement is missing (or not yet released).

Kind regards,

Michael

Hi Michael,

This loan is approved from 2012 and i can see that from cash flow from data base its updated till 30.06.2016,where as in quality sytem it is available till 2017,and we are ablr to perform there.

Is this the main reason it is causing issue if yes how to rectify this .

Kindly help on this.

Thanks.

In addition to what Michael has already mentioned, the planned records may need to be regenerated if loan conditions have been changed.

In that case you can use the T-Code FNRB(Planned Record Update). In our system, the FNRB is scheduled as a daily job.

What is the end date of the contract?

Hi,

change of condition will automatically update planned records ...

But FNRB is never wrong 😉

True!

I have experienced that when the conditions are changed from a service, the planned records do not update automatically Maybe there is something wrong in the coding.

To be sure that the planned records are updated in the DB after the conditions are updated, we use the FNRB.
