Issue identifying bank key for Argentina

Hi,

Would you be able to give me some guidelines on how i can create a bank key for an Argentinian bank? These are the info in my possess but I am struggling to understand what is the bank key out of all of this:

Account number: 730-009490/2

IBAN equivalent: 3544034620001

Swift: BSCHARBA

Bank name: Banco Santander

I am trying to create an Argentinian Bank key using S4 Hana tile MANAGE Bank, then "Create bank" and I would need to understand, since Argentinian banks do not use an IBAN code, how do I create a bank key in S4 using below available data provided by the vendor:

Account number: 730-009490/2

IBAN equivalent: 3544034620001

Swift: BSCHARBA

Bank name: Banco Santander

This is a screen capture of where I need to input my data in S4 - as you can see, field Bank Key is mandatory, but differently form a UK bank for example, where the bank key is the sort code, I do not know what makes the bank key of an Argentinian bank.
