Hi Team,

We are planning to integrate SAP Collateral Management with SAP Deposit/Loan Management in Banking Services. Requirement is as soon as we create a Current account/Loan account it should create a Receivable in SAP CMS.

Could you please share if any integration document is available for this.

Thanks

Hi

You might want to read SAP Note 1367006.

Note is about implementation of multiple enterprise services within SAP BAS, including CMS.

There are multiple references to SAP services for business objects:  Collateral agreement, Constellations, etc..

I hope it helps.

Cheers

Hi Homero,

Thanks for your help.

I checked SAP Note 1367006, it has details of multiple services available.

Will check in details and let you know if I need any other help.

Thanks

Hi Homero,

SAP Note 1367006 talks about integration through webservices.

Just a thought can we do it through IDOC as it's same system and same client If client doesn't have SAP PI?

Thanks

Hi

I am not sure about idocs in this scenario.

But I believe that if Bank does not have PI, they should have other services bus.

If that is the case, a service can be used.

Refer to this link for specific information about interfaces for current accounts in AM for receivable creation in CMS:

Hi Sanchit,

the link from Homero's reply to the interface from DM to CMS is good for answering to your question.

But the most important sentence is this one:

"The FS-CMS system uses this interface in the Collateralization scenario to receive information about current account contracts from connected systems."

I'm referring to this because you asked if there is an automatic function to create the receivable within CMS. Usually this is not required because the function for this integration works the way that you link the collateral agreement in CMS to the receivable in DM (or LM on BS) and you get updates about certain operations like e.g.

- reactivation

- currency exchange

- limit change

- product change

- account holder change

- etc.      (see full list in the link)

Every time one of the defined operations in DM happens, this is a trigger to inform CMS. So you have always the correct information about the linked receivable. Technically this uses enterprise services and can be achieved with PI and as far as I know also without.

Hope this helps, regards

Kerstin
