Host to Host transfer of Payment file from SAP to Bank

Dear SAP Gurus,

I'm planning to automate the process of transfer of files from SAP to Bank through Host-to-Host process. However, I don't want to use any middleware. Please suggest if this is possible.

Also, please suggest tcodes for the same, if it is possible.
