Blank Screen when trying to open Land Register

Hello Everyone,

I have a problem in Banking services - Collateral.

When i go to transaction code CMS_WB

Then, FIND tab,

Choose Real Estate in FIND field

and press start

Then double click on any of  the Real Estate entries in the left side, we get detail screen on the right hand side

There we will find a button LAND REGISTER.

Below is the example for Country DE: -

When I click on the Land Register Buttons, a pop up opens with Land Register Details.

But when I click LAND REGISTER button for Country NL, the pop up opens but it is blank.

Could you please help me in this problem. Let me know if you require more details.

Hi Umair,

Land Registry works differently in each country. There is no established standard process. SAP provides a sample implementation based on Germany's practices. For a Real Estate with address in Germany, this would work out of the box.

The function is shipped inside a BADI ( See IMG Node Collateral Mgmt --> Object Mgmt --> Collateral Objects --> Real Estate --> Land Register --> Business Add-Ins)

The BADI implementation is only provided for ISO country code filter value = DE.

If NL works similarly, you could add the filter value and active SAP supplied sample implementation for NL. A new implementation has to be coded otherwise.

Kindly refer the SAP note 1706521 for Land Use management and also update the status.
