Continuing to introduce the agenda for the upcoming SAP Business Transformation Summit 2014, I would like to bring your attention to Matthias Kröner. He is the co-founder, CEO and spokesman of FIDOR Bank AG, the first bank tailor-made to the digital lifestyle. Earlier, at the age of 32, he became the youngest board member of the German virtual bank, DAB Bank AG. He helped establish the first online brokerage in continental Europe, and is one of the most highly profiled and skilled managers in the area of social and virtual banking.
At the SAP BT Summit, Mr. Kröner will talk about the social banking as the new way to the customer in retail banking.
Watch the WIRED Money 2014 video, where Matthias Kröner talks about treating banking customers like co-managers. Also, read a supporting article on WIRED (posted on 01.07.2014).
