Hi

We wrongly create data in WTY2 (tcode J3GK01), now we want to delete/inactive the data, how we want to delete/inactive the data. Can i just change at se16n and change the Deletion ind = Yes. Does it have any impact if i just change like this..

Hi,

Just check if this method is useful:

In T Code J3GK02

Enter Catalog = WTY2

No.in Catalog = <the value to be deleted>

Press Enter and go to "Change Number in Catalog: Detail Screen"

Go to Edit --> Deletion Flag --> Set

The Field Deletion Ind. gets automatically set to 'Yes'

Save the transaction.

When you use this Catalog Number in the WTY screen, system displays the following message:

"No catalog entry found for catalog number"

Tcode J3GK02 and open the screen change number in catalog, but cant get

the menu - Edit -> Deletion flag -> Set

In my screen - Edit -> Cancel

Hi,

Are you seeing it in the Initial Screen or the Detail Screen ?

This path is available in the Detail Screen.

Enter the values for Catalog, No in catalog and press enter. This will go to the detail screen. Check if you are able to see there.

Hi ,

The best way to do this deletion is with the following steps

Tcode J3GK02 and open the screen change number in catalog, and then

the menu - Edit -> Deletion flag -> Set

if the deletion flag is not coming then refer SAP note 1008060 and do accordingly
