hello
In service order, I have created the item, then I assign the item to a job, and input the job number, then save the service order, but there is no job number, and there will be an information "no data is changed". why?

Hi Dandan, Kindly check if the item is selected properly. Please click on the item number or double click the item to select it. You can also drag and drop the item intothe respective job in the job screen. Regards, T.r.s.praveen

I have checked, even on job tab, I create a new job, input job description and job type, then save the order, there is still information "no data was changed", and there isn't the job in service order,

Go to Menu Order->Order Analyzer
select event ITEM_CHange and check which status check fail is causing this issue
or use Menu GOTO->Action Log and check what is thee issue
