Supply to Line Functionality

I have seen a little documentation about the availability of supply to line functionality in the automotive solution, as follows:

What I haven't been able to locate is anything further on this functionality, like help files or further description of how the functionality works.

Can anyone point me in the direction of any further documentation? My client is not using the automotive solution, but needs this functionality for its new 5.0 implementation.

[SAP Help|http://help.sap.com] provides a helpful overview and details of the supply to line functionality which you could access as follows when you open the documentation for SAP ERP: choose SAP ERP Central Component -> Industries in SAP ERP -> SAP Discrete Industries and Mill Products -> SAP for Automotive -> JIT Outbound -> Automatic Supply-to-Production

Please consider the supply to line functionality as functionality on top of JIT Outbound in general.
