Stock avilability status for all plants from DBM service order

Dear Experts,

We are making the service order for selcted combination of sales org , plant div, distr channel. hence stock avialbility which we are able to see for material is only limited to that plant stock.

It is required on the screen which is appeared after we enter part no in KEY field in DBM service order.There we required to view a qty from plant 1 and qty from plant 2.

currently there is a stock of parts for one plant only in a form of INDICATING OPTION ( " in stock" or " Not in Stock" )

how can we able to get a clear cut quantities for parts maintined under all plants.

Hi Kaustubh,

have you checked the Procurement information on the parts tab.

Here you can find the Stock information for some plants Nearby.

That is standard of DBM functionality i know about it , what we are looking for is during entering part from parts tab from "KEY" field instade of green and red light of avialbility if we can able to get a stock quantity in each plant.

like for example it should like tthis ...

Hi Kaustubh,

i think to achieve this you have to enhance the elementary search help /DBM/SH_PART_MARA and search help exit /DBM/_SHLP_EXIT_PART_MARA.

You should also consider performance aspects of such a requirement/solution.
