dear friends

I have created new event, status ID, assgined status ID to action control also its getting triggered perfectly and also updating status in DBM ORDER (/DBM/ORDER) but when i see summery it is showing me icon of RELEASED I want to assgine my new status icon how to do it

Dear Vishal,

The icon status also needs to be configured in IMG. If you do not configure, then it would show you the previously defined status's icon, which is applicable.

In order to do so, follow the path:

IMG -> Logistics Execution -> D B M-> Order -> Order Control -> Define Procedure for Order status.

Here define your condition with valid status id and completion status.

Then check if this procedure is assigned to the schema, under:

IMG -> Logistics Execution -> D B M-> Order -> Order Control -> Assign Procedure for Order status.

3.10.3 Defining Procedure for Order Status- Condition

Use

In this IMG activity, you can define your own order statuses and define conditions that control status determination. The order status in the DBM order is freely definable and is calculated based on the action status in the order.

Procedure

1. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:

IMG menu Logistics Execution  Dealer Business Management (DBM)  Order  Order Control  Define Procedure for Order Status

2. On the Change View "Procedure": Overview screen, choose New Entries to insert the following entry:

DBM1 DBM Order Status Schema

3. Choose the line of schema DBM1 and double click each Order Status in node structure. You maintain the following order Status for schema DBM1:

Hi,

Status has to be assinged for action at action configuration in action control metrix.

Path: Logistics exeuction at SPRO>> Dealer business management> Order-> Order control

--> Enhancements-> Define action.

Assign new ID in this action. This status will be set at the exeuction for action success.
