Solved: SAP GUI Error

Dear Gurus:

I have already installed new patch level in the front-end computer, but I'm ubnable to initialize New Visual Design Mode. The error message was Unable to initialize New Visual Design Mode, please use Classic Mode.

I don't know why the error message issued? How to solve the problem?

Hi,

I thought the reason is, the SAP GUI version isnot matched with the patch level version! Suggest you to download a last SAP GUI version and patch level, then install them into the computer and try again! Hope you can solve the problem.
