re-open vehicle order been closed

Hi Expert,

I would like to change line item amount in a vehicle order already close.

When i go to /dbm/order02 on a vehicle order (close) and i cannot found cancel billing button. As vehicle order not close (X), after i create billing, there will always a button to cancel billing.

Please kindly advice is there any function to cancel billing for vehicle order already close?

Or need to create another new vehicle order?

Or it is vehicle order been close cannot re-open?

Hi,

Once you bill the job- the system propose it as complete status. You can cancel the invoice.

Check your matrix and prestatus for cancel.

Your action/event for Cancel billing may be not set to display as icon in customizing. You may check that some of the actions will be in hide position like creating notifications

Hi,

via the menu Order->Order Analyzer you can also try to "simulate" the Billing cancel event.

The Analysis should give you some hints why the event is not allowed and therefore not displayed.
