Problems vms actions of vehicles in the Dealer Portal

Dear,

I have a problem in the dealer portal, when I run some standard actions to a vehicle that does nothing, does not raise the standard components, review the maintenance tables and has the navigation components will be configuration problem?

please if anyone knows of this error

You try to execute standard actions over vehicles in the Dealer Portal and this doesn't work???

Please help me some...

I have installed IDES with EP4 and I try to run Dealer Portal.

Now I faced with some problem. When I launch my DP path:

http://saphost.tpc.com:8000/sap(bD1lbiZjPTgwMCZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sapdii/dwb/c_vms_main.do

the next error appears:

"Organizational data for user not maintained; contact importer"

Do you know what does it mean?

And also, in what manner can I debbug Dealer Portal's WEB Dyn Pro?
