Personnel number not update time recording

Hi SAP Expert,

Now i have an issue on personnel is not update in time recording after do clock on & clock off in /DBM/TM_VT for a service order. Some personnel is update time sheet in CAT3 but some personnel is not maintain.

I compare master data personnel in PA30 with personnel can update time sheet and personnel cannot update time sheet.

All infotype such as Time Sheet Default (0315), Explicit Terminal Assignment (9110) & Planned Working Time (0007) is same between these 2 personnel number.

I run CAT3, personnel number that no update timesheet is not appear in there and /DBM/TM_ERRORS also don't have personnel number that got error.

Were you able to gather any additional data that you can provide for us for the troubleshooting process?

Check info type 50 also

Thanks for your help. I already check for info type 50. It was maintain correctly compare with personnel that is update timesheet and another which is not update timesheet.

Is there any other setup missing in PA30?

hi Chuan,

Have you checked infotype 315 in which activity and cost centre is assigned..chek this else..go to /dbm/tm_errors and you will find exact reason for the time sheets error per person number ..check cost centre setting for current year

I check in 315 compare with personnel number (correct) and personnel number (cannot update timesheet). Both also assign to same cost center & activity type.

Just check catsdb did you find any records their ?? is personal active ..means check if by mistake if he has resigned and HR has updated records as not active employee.

I check in table catsdb, that personnel number got problem is not update any time recoding in that table. Is there any configuration is missing that the personnel number is not get auto update in table catsdb? Thanks.

Hi,

Have you checked infotype 0 or action infotype that employment status is active ? if this is not the case and you are not getting any warning or error message while saving time record means it is time to raise ticket to SAP with sample data...also check the customer exit you implemented to populate DBM order details in catsdb in CMOD ..may be some conditions are blocking the record from saving.(you can also place debug points in the exit and check while saving)

CATS0006      CATS: Validate entire time sheet
