Hi Experts,

I have been encountering an error in the Service Order when I click on the Appointment tab.

Error Message:

No organizational element found for plant XXXX and type/category 03

Message no. /DBM/SCHEDULING103

Did I miss out any configuration such as in the Layout or Subscreen config?

Hi Dennis

Yes, you forgot to customize the assignment of Workshop Department to the Organizational Unit using transaction (/DBM/SCH_OMAP )

Please have a look to the PPOME transaction too.

I have found out that I didn't assign the resource to the Organizational Unit from the t-code below:

/DBM/SCH_RMAP - Assign Resource to Organizational Unit

Resource Type:

01- Advisors

02- Equipments

03- Vehicles

Problem solved.
