Job Approval Event in Service Quotation

Hi all

     Job Approval event is available only in Service order . We have a requirement Job approval/ customer approval is required in service quotation.

     What changes to be done in CUST_APPROVAL event or  order action configuration to get Job Approval event in Service Quotation.

Hi Ragavendran,

You may need to create a Status ID for job Approval and assign it for action - JOB_STATUS.  Once done you can add the Action - JOB_STATUS in order action determination for Document category - Quotation (B),and check if it gets triggered in status header table -/DBM/OE_VBAKST.

Path for SPRO - /DBM/SPRO -> order -> order control -> Action Determination.

You may also need to make necessary changes in dependent action status so that the job approval appears in Order screen.
