We are an organization that are currently planning to implement EPPM and EAM for the organization.
However, there is direction where some locations that are owned completely by my organization will be outsources for different contractor to manage all facility management services, including (spare parts, maintenance , etc) using their own system.
I just want to understand the best approach to integrate with them, where employees in our organization can see other locations operated by contractors and their full list of assets. And how do you think the best approach to manage maintenance orders, spare parts from both inventory and finance/procurement perspective.
