Hello expertise
We have upper running an automotive SAP solution and we are willing to implement SAP CRM automotive, i want to do sales, services and marketing from CRM not only the interaction center, even I will do services and sales from the interaction center sure I need to implement the sales and services modules in CRM to be able to use them in the interaction center,
I needs a clarification and steps to help me in this

Hello,
in my opinion it's not really possible to give a general answer here. I rather think this needs some analysis of what you really want to do and what part of the Automotive solution you're currently using.
As far as I know, there's no standard SAP scenario which integrates CRM with ERP where vehicle sales and vehicle service takes place in CRM.
For VMS (Vehicle Management System), there's some CRM integration functionality but this is mainly used for After Sales Marketing and Activity Management in the Interaction Center as far as I can tell.
From SAP's perspective, vehicle service is typically done with DBM (Dealer Business Management), not in CRM but DBM doesn't have an interaction center.
When doing a CRM integration with the purpose of selling and servicing vehicles there, project development efforts can't be avoided.
